Skills Required:
• Hands-on design and development experience of GIS based field applications using ArcGIS runtime and ESRI COTS Field applications
• Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Field Maps and Survey123 form design and deployment.
• Proficiency in developing mobile GIS applications using ArcGIS Map SDK for Android/iOS/ Windows
• Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise, Web Maps, Feature Services, and Esri REST API.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience of ESRI’s JavaScript API 4.x
• Hands-on experience of ArcPy Python
• Esri Technical Certifications in Field Apps, Mobile Developer, or Enterprise
• Domain knowledge of Gas utility asset management systems
• Familiarity with deploying GIS web application in Azure and or AWS cloud environment
Role and Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and deploy mobile GIS applications using COTS ArcGIS Field Maps and ArcGIS Survey123
• Develop custom mobile GIS applications using Esri Runtime SDKs (Android, iOS, .NET MAUI) to meet advanced field workflow requirements
• Design, develop, and publish geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Integrate mobile applications with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and offline-capable feature services
• Optimize and troubleshoot mobile applications for performance, usability, and data synchronization.
• Collaborate with GIS Analysts, Field Teams, and business stakeholders to capture requirements, refine workflows and enhance data quality
• Ensure mobile apps meet security, usability, and offline-first design standards for field environments
• Document designs, workflows, and user guides for deployed applications
