Coders Connect is proud to be partnering with an innovative commerce technology company that’s transforming how businesses build and scale digital platforms. As they grow their CloudOps team, we’re helping them find a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the development of mission-critical infrastructure and deployment tools used by global enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Manage and troubleshoot EKS Kubernetes clusters and ensure secure, scalable cloud operations
- Collaborate with internal product and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Engage directly with customers to resolve technical issues and provide guidance
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation (shared with the wider team)
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep understanding of cloud-native systems, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, and CI/CD tooling
- Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., tcpdump, Wireshark, strace)
- Experience supporting Java-based applications (e.g., Tomcat) is a plus
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
