As an intern, you will be called upon to support our team at the Global Delivery Center in Saguenay and contribute to delivering excellent service to our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities

• Join the SAP development and evolution team
• Perform technical analysis of client needs
• Estimate development time
• Meet client deadlines
• Develop/improve programs while adhering to client standards
• Communicate regularly with the client (email/phone) to provide updates
• Analyze the impact of changes on the system
• Optimize programs
• Conduct unit testing on developments
• Propose effective solutions to clients
• Maintain documentation for analysis/development/testing
• Continuously learn new technologies and respond to evolving needs
• Collaborate and share knowledge with the team
• Help improve work techniques

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Must be a student in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Programming experience (an asset)
• Experience in a project/operations environment (an asset)
• Knowledge of databases (an asset)
• Team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and initiative
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to interactions with both national and international clients
