Procurement Manager (x2)

12-Month Contract
We’re seeking two experienced Strategic Sourcing Managers/Procurement Managers to support enterprise-level sourcing initiatives. This role focuses on complex technology procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract strategy execution. Ideal candidates bring deep sourcing experience, particularly with contracts exceeding $5M in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives
- Negotiate high-value, complex contracts
- Drive supplier consolidation and cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal teams
- Support cross-functional procurement efforts
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years in strategic sourcing (not purchasing)
- Minimum 5 years in technology sourcing
- Proven experience negotiating $5M+ contracts
- Strong contract drafting/editing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (Advanced)
- Post-secondary education in a related field (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Procurement certifications
- Financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Experience in financial services environments
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite in downtown Toronto)
