Period: 9 weeks

Caseworker Position:

Community Caseworkers connect clients to resources to help them become self-reliant. The program promotes client development and independence through support and motivation, addressing challenges in three core areas: education, employment, and community support. Caseworkers act as liaisons, helping clients access resources such . They also strive to communicate in clients’ native languages.



Caseworkers will be expected to:


meet with clients

prepare a Needs Analysis


prepare Action Plans

connect clients to resources


conduct close out meetings


other tasks

Marketing Coordinator Position:


Marketing Coordinators help promote the organization’s brand, products, and services by executing marketing strategies. The role supports business growth through creative campaigns, digital marketing, and community engagement. Marketing Coordinators act as key players in coordinating projects, managing communications, and analyzing market trends to drive success.

Marketing Coordinators will be expected to:

Assist in developing marketing campaigns


Manage social media content and engagement

Coordinate promotional events and partnerships


Track and analyze marketing performance metrics


Support the creation of marketing materials (e.g., emails, ads, brochures)



Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Other related tasks as needed


Outreach Coordinator Position:


The Outreach Coordinators will work to build sustainable resources for our programs. They will lead fundraising efforts, develop donor relationships, and create partnerships with individuals, businesses, mosques, and institutions to support families in need.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help at fundraising booths (mosques/community events)
  • Support outreach efforts
  • Assist with basic grant applications
  • Join community outreach activities
  • Other tasks.
