Were dedicated to not only improving mental health solutions but making mental health care accessible for all.We are seeking supervised lead therapists as Contractors for our ABA program. <span >https://onehealthkids.com/</span></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong>As an Instructor Therapist at our organization, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions at client&#39;s homes or in the community under the supervision of a RBA</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Implementing client-specific programming</p><p>- Proficient with technology</p><p>- Assisting clients in achieving their goals by implementing strategies and closely monitoring their progress.</p><p>- Implement skill acquisition and behaviour reduction programs effectively.</p><p>- Collecting and graphing data for comprehensive analysis.</p><p>- Prepare teaching materials.</p><p>- Documenting progress notes within our customized system.</p><p>- Work collaboratively with team members throughout the treatment process.</p><p>- Updating parents and other team members on progress</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Our ideal Instructor Therapist:</strong></p><p><strong>- </strong>Diploma in behavioural sciences or post-graduate autism certificate</p><p>- Minimum of one year of experience delivering ABA-based programming to children with ASD</p><p>- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.</p><p>- Proficiency in English with both verbal and written communication.</p><p>- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.</p><p>- Possession of a valid Ontario driver&#39;s license and dependable transportation.</p><p>- Current and clear police background check.</p><p>- Experience in running ABA assessments</p><p>- Great attitude and flexible personality</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: 9 am- 8 pm- and weekends</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong>- This position is an independent contractor position- Beginning with part-time hours with the potential to build up a full-time caseload.</p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation is based on experience, education, and professional credentials.</p><p>Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Expected hours: 6 30 hours per week</p><p><br /></p><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li>This role involves driving to client homes regularly in all kinds of weather conditions.
