About The Day-to-day

  • Lead the development and execution of business development and distribution strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and margin enhancement.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to break down silos, enhance organizational agility, and bring integrated customer solutions to market.
  • Partner across internal teams and external partners to co-create unique value propositions that deliver long-term competitive advantage.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture by empowering and developing regional and national distribution teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and business transformation through strategic planning, market intelligence, and disciplined performance management.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with industry partners, third-party providers, and key stakeholders to accelerate distribution expansion.

About The Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, corporate strategy, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B2X ecosystems and in scaling high-performing sales teams across multiple markets.
  • In-depth understanding of lending frameworks, regulatory environment, and shifting industry dynamics.
  • Strategic leadership capabilities with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with relentless focus on value creation.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker with a track record of driving innovation and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation, fintech collaboration, embedded finance, or partnership development is considered an asset.

About The Work Environment


Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you’ll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
