LHH is working with a Multi-Office, specialized Law Firm in Canada to fill a role for an experienced Tax Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a firm with a strategic focus and strong culture. The firm is known for its national clientele and specifically for working with start-up companies at all stages of their development. The attorney will work alongside the firm’s other practice groups inclusive of the M&A and Finance Teams to create a holistic approach.
Qualified Candidates will :
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of related Canadian Tax experience
- Substantial experience in tax structuring for venture capital backed financing and M&A transactions is required
- Will sit in the office in either Toronto, Vancouver or Ottawa
