<li> Leading quarterly and annual tax provision and reporting</li>
<li> Managing global income tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions</li>
<li> Overseeing indirect tax planning and transfer pricing documentation</li>
<li> Supporting new product launches, business expansions, and M&A activity</li>
<li> Monitoring legislative changes in U.S., Canada, and globally</li>
<li> Mentoring and guiding tax team members</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <p>Ideal candidates will have:</p>
<li>10+ years of progressive tax experience</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge in ASC 740, Canadian/U.S. tax, and indirect tax</li>
<li>CPA designation or equivalent </li>
<li>A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills</li>
