The right candidate will step into a leadership role with a clear path toward future Partnership.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and review corporate and personal tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth clients</li>
<li>Lead tax planning and advisory work including reorganizations, succession planning, estate planning, and cross-border matters</li>
<li>Act as the trusted advisor to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities and guiding them through complex issues</li>
<li>Mentor and review the work of junior staff, sharing technical expertise and providing ongoing coaching</li>
<li>Partner closely with senior leadership on client strategy and firm growth initiatives</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>CPA designation in good standing</li>
<li>5+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong focus in tax</li>
<li>Completion or near completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program (asset)</li>
<li>Proven background in corporate tax planning, personal tax, and advising owner-managed businesses</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a collaborative approach</li>
<li>Ambition to grow into a Partnership-track role</li>
</ul>
