<h3>Position Overview</h3>
<p>The role of Team Leader is to manage project operations on a daily basis. This includes communicating and coordinating daily project goals with team members. The Team Leader will ensure delivery on project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities and Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assists Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing project</li>
<li>Communicates daily project objectives and goals to Team Members</li>
<li>Prepare, organize, and track all equipment, supplies, paperwork, and vehicles required for each project, in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ensure a safe working environment by conducting a daily safety inspection of tools, equipment, and possible job site hazards.</li>
<li>Facilitates the safety of Team Members and ensure equipment and tools on the project site are secure</li>
<li>Confirm all project/ health and safety paperwork is completed on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Assist the Project Manager in the evaluation of Team Members Position Requirements</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of Grade 12 or advanced Diploma</li>
<li>Certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, First Aid, Customer Service, and Construction is mandatory.</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License</li>
