<p>Senior Technical Project Manager (AI Consulting)</p><p>Downtown Toronto | Hybrid - 3 days on-site</p><p>$110,000–$140,000 CAD Base + Benefits</p><p>About US</p><ul><li>Toronto-based AI consulting company delivering<br> long-running, high-impact AI initiatives</li><li>We often partner with non-technical, mid-market, and enterprise clients to solve real business problems using AI</li><li>Engagements typically last<br> 6–12+ months<br> , building from discovery to MVP and beyond</li><li>Distributed delivery model with senior client leadership in Toronto and engineering teams Overseas</li><li>We value<br> ownership, clarity, and outcome-driven delivery<br> over rigid processes</li></ul><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Own AI project delivery end-to-end<br> , from early discovery through MVP and iterative expansion</li><li>Act as th<br> e trusted delivery partner<br> for clients — often the most consistent point of contact</li><li>Independently plan, structure, and drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight</li><li>Translate business strategy into technical execution that teams can actually deliver</li><li>Establish credibility quickly with senior, non-technical external stakeholders</li><li>Balance short-term delivery with long-term product and technical direction</li></ul><p>How We Work</p><ul><li>Senior PMs a<br> re expected to self-manage<br> and proactively solve problems</li><li>Agile delivery with flexibility — frameworks serve outcomes, not the other way around</li><li>We build our early MVPs to prove value, followed by iterative scaling</li><li>Distributed teams requi<br> re clear documentation, structured communication, and ownership</li><li>You'll collaborate closely with leadership, but you are not micromanaged</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>You ar<br> e a senior, client-ready<br> PM who doesn't need heavy direction</li><li>You've worked<br> in consulting or agency environments<br> and understand delivery pressure</li><li>You communicate clearly with executives, operators, and engineers alike</li><li>You are comfortable leading when requirements are unclear or evolving</li><li>You see yourself as accountable for outcomes — not just timelines and ceremonies</li></ul><p>Example Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead enterprise-level AI and software projects with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Drive discovery, estimation, roadmap planning, and MVP definition</li><li>Facilitate agile ceremonies with intent and discipline</li><li>Own scope, delivery plans, and risk management</li><li>Translate technical tradeoffs into business decisions that clients can understand</li><li>Manage distributed engineering teams and cross-functional contributors</li><li>Set delivery standards and raise the bar for execution quality</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>7+ years managing complex software projects<br> in agile environments</li><li>S<br> trong consulting/agency experience<br> with direct client ownership</li><li>Experience deliv<br> ering AI-enabled or data-driven products</li><li>Enterprise-level project leadership<br> (Multiple senior stakeholders, governance, security, or integration constraints)</li><li>Zero-to-one MVP experience<br> . Proven history of taking projects from idea → MVP → iteration multiple times</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfort working<br> with globally distributed<br> teams and early-morning ET coordination</li></ul><p>Nice-to-Have</p><ul><li>Experience with GenAI, ML workflows, or data platforms</li><li>Agile or PM certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)</li><li>Background in product management, software development, or business analysis</li></ul><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><ul><li>$110,000–$140,000 CAD base salary</li><li>Benefits package included (Health/Dental)</li><li>Hybrid work model (3 days a week in downtown Toronto core)</li><li>High-trust, high-ownership environment</li><li>Will be working directly with the Executive Management Team</li></ul>
