Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Leader: Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome. Spark conversations that inspire sales and build lasting brand connections.
• Brand Ambassador: Master our unique and timeless fashion offerings. Enthusiastically showcase the brand to customers, cultivating loyal fans.
• Visual Expert: Efficiently manage the sales floor through processing, restocking, cashiering, and other tasks, all while strictly adhering to our brand's visual merchandising vision.
• Team Contributor: Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for our brand and customers. Actively embrace and promote uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork within the store environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills including friendliness, excellent organization, and effective time management.
• High energy and enthusiasm for achieving shared goals and embodying our brand values.
• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement – we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and to carry up to 20 pounds.
