<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tool & Die Maker in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Tool & Die Maker is responsible forensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities.</p><p><br /></p><p>Starting Wage $43.93</p><p>Comprehensive Benefits from Day 1</p><p>5% RRSP Employer Contribution</p><p>Quarterly Bonus Program</p><p>3 Weeks Vacation +4 Paid Personal Days</p><p><br /></p><p>Summary of Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machinetools</li><li>Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining</li><li><span >Assemble/disassemble</span> parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation</li><li>Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure tool expectations are met</li><li>Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulate solutions in standardized situations</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li>5 years of related work experience</li><li>Trade certification</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Ability to understand and effectively communicate oral and written instructions</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)</li><li>Able to work Days/Afternoons rotation and required OT</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>5 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment</li></ul><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Emails regarding next steps will come from Bamboo HR - Please Ensure to check your junk mail when applying for jobs</em></p><p><br /></p><p>Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
