They are looking for a Track & OCS Supervisor to join their team for a 12 month contract.ResponsibilitiesComplete daily reporting functionsEnsuring health and safety protocols are followedLeading a well-versed team that requires strong leadershipMaintaining schedulesAccurate reporting and documentationUnderstanding operational requirements and Alstom policiesManaging tools, vehicles, and personnel effectivelyQualifications:Lead and manage a diverse group of individuals; 15 direct reports Track & OCS team Maintenance personnel Work closely with Power Distribution and Signaling Supervisors3–5 years of experience in track workMinimum of 2 years of experience managing people in an industrial work environmentExperienced with maintenance functions, well-versed in plans, creating plans, and schedulingFamiliar with power distribution to Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs)Ability to write reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to policies, rules, and regulations Documentation and reporting will account for approximately 25% of the rolePrimary Technical Focus Areas: Understanding the OCS system (750 volts) – high-voltage training provided Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Comfortable working at heights and around high-voltage systemsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with GSI & SCS (work order and time entry systems) – training providedAbility to complete shift change reports, daily logs, and incident reports (training on documentation requirements will be provided)We thank all candidates for showing interest in this role; however, only retained candidates will be contacted.For more information on our recruitment services, please visit our website www.groomassocies.com
