About the Role:
We’re working with a client undergoing a major ERP transformation and they need a skilled ERP Training Coordinator to support the rollout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys planning, organizing, and executing training programs that actually make a difference. ( 12 month contract with possibility of extension.)
Toronto based role. 75% remote with some travel to Northern Ontario
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage the development of training materials and curriculum.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and setup of training sessions and environments.
- Track participation and progress, and report on training results.
- Partner closely with the Change Management Lead and various teams to ensure training aligns with the project’s goals and timelines.
- Gather feedback from participants and adjust training strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in training coordination, ideally in ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems – JDE and/or SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a bonus.
- Great communication and organizational skills – you’re detail-oriented but flexible.
- Someone collaborative, proactive, and able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred.
