Our client is an international agriculture company that plays a critical role in the global food supply chain. This is your chance to join a fast-growing agribusiness and supply chain organization that specializes in the procurement, processing, and distribution of high-quality agricultural commodities-including lentils, peas, and other specialty crops.
They are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst for their Mississauga, ON head office to support daily cash operations, manage bank reconciliations, contribute to accurate working capital reporting, and identify opportunities for improving financial processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts and working capital reports (AR, AP, inventory)
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with banks and internal stakeholders
- Support intercompany cash transfers, settlements, and related documentation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, especially related to cash and working capital
- Generate and maintain regular reporting packages for management review
- Analyze working capital trends and variances, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute to automation initiatives and recommend enhancements to streamline cash management and reporting workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Previous exposure to multi-currency transactions and treasury management systems is an asset
- Experience with financial automation tools and reporting enhancements is preferred
