Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Commercial Banking team and help shape intuitive, user-friendly experiences for our clients. You will play a key role in optimizing digital banking platforms, designing solutions that improve usability, enhance engagement, and drive business success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of UX Design Experience
  • Banking Experience
  • Commercial Banking
  • Mobile Application Project Experience
  • Strong Figma skills
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management,
  • Demonstrated working experience on customer-facing websites with actionable design
  • direction which includes personas, prototypes, user testing, strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated working experience with all aspects of user research, UI design, interaction design and usability for the web.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and experience in UX solutions.
  • Mastery of your craft with a passion to extend your knowledge of UX design principles,
  • modern design tools, emerging technologies, Design thinking, Lean UX, Agile development,
  • accessibility and industry practices and trends through your team
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, etc.
  • presentation skills
  • Experience working in through agile development and waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and financial workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for banking applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to align design with business goals.
  • Design interfaces that comply with financial regulations and accessibility standards.
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on trends in fintech and UX best practices.
