Job Title: Vendor Manager II (Contract) Location: 160 Front Street West, Toronto (Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week in office) Type: 1-Year ContractOverview: We are seeking a Vendor Manager II to support a high-performing team in a business-as-usual role. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience looking to advance their vendor management skills in a large, collaborative environment.
The role involves day-to-day oversight of vendor relationships, contract governance, and risk deliverables.What You’ll Do:Manage vendor relationships and contract execution processesPrepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs)Support finance and risk teams with timely deliverablesConduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPointServe as a central point of contact for internal stakeholdersWhat You Bring:2–4 years of vendor management experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Knowledge of SOW preparation and contract processesNice to Have:Experience in the banking or financial services sectorFamiliarity with tools such as Ariba or CoupaWhy Apply:Great opportunity to gain experience in a large enterprise environmentCollaborative and inclusive team culturePossibility of contract extensionInterview Process: One virtual interview
