Team & Business Line
Our Fund Administration division is highly respected, leveraging technology and ongoing learning to deliver seamless services. As part of our Private Assets team, you will collaborate with industry experts to manage complex fund structures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the Capital Event Teams, ensuring efficiency and KPI achievement
- Review partnership agreements, PPMs, service agreements, and related materials
- Develop and refine workflows to improve productivity and quality
- Monitor performance, analyze processes, and implement improvements
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative team environment
- Act as escalation point for Capital Event processes, coordinating with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Implement efficiency initiatives and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years managing fund accounting teams
- At least 8 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity or related fields
- Knowledge of US / Canadian GAAP and other accounting standards
- Experience reviewing financial statements and general ledgers
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FIS Investran is a plus
