Role Overview

We’re hiring a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Operations to lead our day-to-day operations and help scale our next phase of growth. This is a fully in-person leadership role based in Mississauga, ON, ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional operations, improving workflows, managing operational teams, and ensuring strong execution across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily business operations across clinical, administrative, and patient-facing functions
• Drive coordination and communication across HR, marketing, clinical, tech, and support teams
• Build and own in-office operational infrastructure, internal policies, and service delivery standards

Process & System Optimization

• Develop and refine SOPs, workflows, and cross-functional playbooks
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee tools and platforms to ensure efficient, reliable internal operations

People & Team Management

• Manage operations and support staff
• Cultivate a high-performance culture with strong accountability and proactive communication
• Work closely with department heads to resolve bottlenecks and align execution to company goals

Strategic Execution

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute high-priority strategic projects
• Own project management for new initiatives including clinic expansion, platform rollouts, and regulatory implementations
• Ensure operational readiness for new products and service lines

Who You Are

• 7–10+ years in an operations leadership role, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Healthcare operations experience is strongly preferred (e.g., digital health, clinical services, wellness, pharmacy, or patient care environments)
• Proven ability to lead and scale in-person operations and build systems from the ground up
• Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping teams focused and accountable
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Mississauga/Toronto area
