We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President of Private Equity. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full M&A lifecycle-from diligence through integration-and spearhead value-creation initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with CSC Generation’s sector focus and long-term objectives.

What you get to do every day:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine CSC Generation’s dM&A strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, operational and financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, financing structures and closing documentation
  • Lead post-acquisition operational integration, including aligning systems and processes, driving synergy realization, and implementing performance tracking across acquired portfolio companies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute post-merger integration plans, ensuring seamless transition and realization of synergies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential investment opportunities within CSC’s sectors fo focus
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, investors, and potential partners.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, with experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
