A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing team providing treasury management and payment solutions, advice, and expertise tailored to large corporate clients globally. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this VP role will focus on specific markets. In a direct sales capacity, the successful candidate will lead business development efforts, aiming to build new revenue streams, provide excellent client coverage, and develop a treasury management pitchbook for private equity conversations.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Treasury Management Expertise: Sell solutions including receivables, payments, fraud prevention, finance automation, liquidity management, corporate card issuance, and trade finance opportunities. Build positive client relations, analyze financial data, and prepare technical reports.
  2. Relationship Management: Collaborate with Investment Bankers, act as a trusted advisor, gather client information, and develop tailored solutions. Serve as a daily escalation resource, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure seamless client experiences.
  3. Sales Management: Lead sales activities, develop external networks, expand existing relationships, participate in industry events, and support strategic initiatives. Manage pipelines and analyze data for insights.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial institutions or corporate settings
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
  • Proven sales record, including new business development
  • Strong market and product knowledge, especially in treasury management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills

Compensation: Base salary starting at $120,000, with total compensation ranging from $68,000 to $126,000, including potential incentives and benefits. Details at Total Rewards.
