<p><b>Job Title:</b> Multimedia Producer – AI-Enhanced Content</p><p> <b>Location:</b> Remote (Canada preferred – Toronto or Montreal)</p><p> <b>Employment Type:</b> Full-time</p><p><br></p><p><b>Overview</b></p><p><br></p><p>We’re hiring a Multimedia Producer with strong AI tooling experience to join a fast-growing SaaS business operating in the wellbeing and digital learning space.</p><p><br></p><p>This role sits at the intersection of creative production and applied AI, owning the end-to-end creation, repurposing, and optimisation of multimedia content across video, audio, and interactive formats. You’ll work closely with content, marketing, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and personalised digital experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Content Production</b></p><ul><li>Plan, produce, and edit high-quality multimedia content (video, audio, interactive).</li><li>Repurpose and refresh existing assets to extend lifespan, accessibility, and engagement.</li><li>Own the full production lifecycle – concept, filming, editing, post-production, and delivery.</li><li>Partner with marketing to adapt content for social, campaigns, and digital channels.</li></ul><p><b>AI Integration & Innovation</b></p><ul><li>Apply AI tools to accelerate editing, production, localisation, and accessibility workflows.</li><li>Pilot AI-driven production methods such as automated transcription, voice synthesis, video adaptation, and content personalisation.</li><li>Stay current on developments in generative media and AI-enhanced content workflows.</li></ul><p><b>Operational & Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Maintain a scalable and efficient production pipeline.</li><li>Manage external production partners where required.</li><li>Ensure quality control, brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance standards.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>5+ years experience in multimedia production (video, audio, digital content).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, D-ID, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of generative AI workflows for content creation.</li><li>Proven ability to own projects end-to-end.</li><li>Experience in SaaS, digital media, learning platforms, or wellbeing content highly desirable.</li></ul><p>What’s On Offer</p><ul><li>Fully remote role</li><li>High-impact, creative ownership</li><li>Modern AI-first content environment</li></ul><p></p>
