We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will manage warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met in a safe and efficient manner, compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), government regulations, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain efficient receiving, sampling/issuing, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures and company policies.
Schedule and assign weekly tasks to warehouse employees, ensuring follow-up on work results.
Motivate, organize, and foster teamwork within the warehouse department to meet or exceed productivity targets.
Conduct daily briefings with team members to communicate goals and updates.
Manage warehouse staff, addressing personnel issues including recruitment, training, discipline, and performance management.
Develop and deliver training programs for new warehouse technicians during orientation.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, ensuring accuracy, reconciling discrepancies in SAP, and investigating any inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of cGMP and government regulations related to warehouse operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in inventory management systems, preferably SAP.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
