Position Summary :
- Oversee timely, accurate receipt and dispatch of goods
- Build and manage strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Coordinate shipping schedules to align with production and customer needs
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse professionals to create a culture of accountability among staff
- Uphold LEAN manufacturing practices across shipping processes
- Manage and audit inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy to minimize shrinkage
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and allocate resources accordingly
- Ensure all warehouse activities meet safety and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse processes and workflows to drive efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and internal teams
- Align daily operations with company-wide strategic goals
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support staff development
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related
- 5+ years management experience in warehousing, logistics, or shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to track and uphold targets within the warehouse and communicate with other departments if needed
- Experience with inventory management systems
