Warehouse Manager
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our client’s warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team of warehouse staff to maintain an efficient, clean, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Salary in the 85,000 +/- range depending on experience.
