They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in their Delta facility.<br><br> The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment. This role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates operations activities, enforces safety and supports continuous improvement across distribution processes.<br><br> Afternoon shift. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Supervise daily distribution operations </li><li>Lead, schedule, and train warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and service targets</li><li>Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time according to customer and delivery requirements</li><li>Monitor inventory movement and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy</li><li>Enforce health and safety per regulations and standards</li><li>Identify and address operational problems such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper product rotation (FIFO)</li><li>Prepare reports on productivity, labour, shipping errors, and operational performance</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)</li></ul><strong>Requirements: </strong><br><br><ul><li>2-5 years of experience in <strong>warehouse or distribution operations</strong></li><li>Previous <strong>supervisory or team-lead experience</strong> preferred in a unionized environment </li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics processes</li><li>Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices</li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively</li></ul> Salary 70-75,000 range<br><br> If this exciting opportunity is of interest to you, please send us your resume today!</p></p>
