You will play a critical role in maintaining organization, inventory accuracy, and safety within the warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damagePick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to client specificationsLoad and unload trucks using appropriate equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and report discrepanciesOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification preferred)Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsFollow company procedures and safety protocols at all timesSupport other team members and assist in various warehouse tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic math and reading skillsReliable, punctual, and a team playerForklift certification is a plus (training may be provided)BenefitsCompetitive hourly wagesWeekly payOpportunities for overtimeCareer growth opportunities through Upstaff’s job placement networkHealth and safety trainingPotential for long-term and permanent placement with clientsUpstaff is an equal opportunity employer.
