Our facilities are designed with cutting-edge technology and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p></p><ul><li>Regularly inspect equipment, detergents, and drying to ensure the best possible wash quality and make improvements or escalate where needed</li><li>Order detergents and parts as needed with approval from site leader</li><li>Help trouble shoot any issues on site regarding wash equipment, technology, and utilities</li><li>Perform after-hours maintenance as needed</li><li>Complete daily preventative maintenance by following the preventative maintenance checklist in the manager app.</li><li>Schedule maintenance projects as needed and coordinate projects get done in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain vacuum equipment; monitor all hoses, gaskets, and nozzles and replace as needed</li><li>Lead larger scale equipment maintenance and repair projects.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance supervisor on the condition of the wash and if help is needed with projects</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance needs</li><li>Contact support when help is needed and keep a timely eye on tickets that are being completed</li><li>Monthly tool check and replacement upon site leaders approval</li><li>Monthly parts list check and replacement upon site leaders approval</li><li>Submit monthly volumetrics</li><li>Manage facility maintenance including landscaping, sprinklers, snow removal, vacuums, and other facilities projects as needed</li><li>Serve as on-call team member for wash down situations</li><li>Train new team members on the wash tech, safety, and vacuum concierge positions</li><li>Train shift leaders and above on preventative maintenance and maintenance items</li><li>Step in to work other positions if needed</li><li>Work standard team member shifts as determined by Site Leader and Regional Director</li><li>Keep inventory of tools and wash parts on site</li><li>Keep tool benches and work areas organized and clean</li><li>Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture</li><li>Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.</li></ul><p></p><p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</p><p></p><ul><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Able to effectively communicate</li><li>Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds</li><li>Previous <span >technician/mechanic</span> experience is an asset</li><li>Prior experience with service, maintenance and repairs</li><li>Able to work in all weather conditions</li><li>Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers</li></ul><ul><li>Must be willing to work hard, build relationships and love people!</li><li>Set an example to all Team Members of working hard and doing your best!</li><li>Try your best every day and come to work with a winning attitude</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity.
