You can expect:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Clear processes with room for practical problem-solving</li><li>Ongoing feedback and coaching, not just end-of-season reviews</li><li>Open communication between dispatch, operations, and field teams</li><li>Training and support to help you perform confidently in high-pressure conditions</li></ul><p></p><p>What Youll Do</p><ul><li>Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and report any equipment concerns</li><li>Safely and efficiently plow and relocate snow using tractors and related implements</li><li>Perform back dragging and detailed snow clearing on commercial sites</li><li>Follow dispatch instructions, route books, and site-specific service plans</li><li>Maintain real-time communication with dispatch and team leads</li><li>Keep equipment clean, fueled, and field-ready throughout the season</li><li>Accurately log hours and service activity using our mobile time-tracking app</li><li>Follow all Health and Safety policies and wear required PPE</li><li>Take initiative and contribute to a solutions-focused, team-first environment</li></ul><p></p><p>What Were Looking For</p><ul><li>Valid G-Class Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract (preferred)</li><li>Experience operating tractors or similar heavy equipment in snow conditions</li><li>Transferable experience from construction, farming, or landscaping considered an asset</li><li>Comfort working in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure environments</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting</li><li>Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events</li></ul><p></p><p>Why Join Us</p><p>We are not just clearing snow.
