<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>The Worship Arts Pastor is responsible for engaging a variety of creative and technical arts to foster a consistent and healthy rhythm of worship into all areas of church ministry. The Worship Arts Pastor will prayerfully discern to set standards, facilitate training and equipping and provide spiritual counsel to a team of staff and volunteers as they develop and lead worship services and activities. Beyond Sunday services, worship activities will include special worship events at festivals, and oversight of worship through generational ministries. The Worship Arts Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor to ensure alignment with the spiritual direction of the church. The Worship Arts Pastor will also have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Executive Pastor to facilitate operational alignment.</p><p><br /></p><p>A great match for this position would be:</p><p><br /></p><p>Overall, someone who has a clear calling and anointing to this role at this time.
