Running Room
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
* Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
* Maintaining personal and productivity goals
* Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
* Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
* Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of retail experience
* Mature individual, confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
* Comfortable working in a busy environment
* Motivated to achieve great results because of one’s enthusiasm for the running environment
* Self-motivated, able to multitask with little supervision
* Flexible availability – including days, weekends, and holidays
* Preference will be given to runners with a retail background
