Skills and Responsibilities:
•Zscaler Engineer/Network Engineer:
•Deploying and configuring Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA and Providing expert-level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•Troubleshooting connectivity issues, resolving network problems.
•Monitoring the performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
•Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations and procedures, as well as providing training to users.
•Supporting the operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
•Supporting the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades.
•Collaborating with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
