You will create opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and targeted outbound activities to progress deals through the sales process from discovery to delivery.</p><p>This is a consultative, solution-led sales role combining commercial savvy with technical literacy. You will work closely with our Managed & Professional Services team and industry partners to bring a complete information technology portfolio to your clients.</p><p>Your achievements will be evaluated based on new clients established, the development of a verified procurement and services pipeline, and your ability to reach revenue and gross profit targets.</p><h3>What You will Do</h3><ul><li>Execute outbound sales strategies to drive Client Acquisition across Canadian corporate IT environments.</li><li>Through discovery and assessment conversations, build a strong pipeline of qualified procurement and services opportunities.</li><li>Utilize consultative & solutions selling to build lasting relationships and guide customers through the buying journey.</li><li>Support AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives using industry-leading technologies.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and industry partners to ensure seamless solution delivery, strengthening long-term client success and loyalty.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development.</li><li>Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, acquiring, developing and maintaining new client accounts.</li><li>In-depth familiarity with leading CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Strong understanding of key Information Technology solutions by category including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity & Data Protection, Networking & Storage Infrastructure.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of key technology vendors, including Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, HP, Fortinet, and competitive equivalents.</li><li>History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives</li><li>Understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches</li><li>High commitment to customer service and relationship building.</li><li>Ability to work independently or with a team.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><p>Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)</p><p>At DirectDial.com, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and professional growth:</p><ul><li>Dental Coverage</li><li>Life / AD&D Insurance</li><li>Long-Term Disability</li><li>Shared Pension Plan</li><li>Ongoing Professional Development</li></ul><h3>Ready to Grow with Us?</h3><p>If you’re an experienced Canadian IT sales professional looking to accelerate your career with a trusted, growth-focused organization DirectDial.com is the place to be.</p><p>Apply today and help shape the future of business technology across Canada.</p></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
