<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic <b>Corporate Recruiter</b> for a 6-month fixed term to lead consultative, end-to-end recruitment efforts across our global organization with a focus on <b>sales recruitment</b>.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who excels at partnering with leaders at all levels, communicates effectively, demonstrates strong business acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.</p>
<p>This is a <b>6-month fixed term</b> positionbased in our <b>London</b> office and follows a hybrid work model of working <b>2 days per week in office</b>.</p>
<h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.</li>
<li>Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.</li>
<li>Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.</li>
<li>Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.</li>
<li>Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Skills and Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred. Must have some experience recruiting for sales roles.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.</li>
<li>Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.</li>
