<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.</li><li>Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.</li><li>Training, coaching, and developing employees.</li><li>Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.</li><li>Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.</li><li>Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.</li><li>Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.</li><li>Maintaining visual merchandising standards.</li><li>Responsible for hiring and performance management.</li></ul><h3>What Do You Need to Succeed?</h3><ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.</li><li>At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.</li><li>Open availability (day, evening, weekend).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Our Team?</h3><ul><li>Stimulating and diverse working environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package*</li><li>Company matched pension plan*</li><li>Tailor-made training and integration program.</li><li>Career development opportunities within the company.</li><li>Applicable to full-time employees only.
