<p>The Store Manager manages and oversees daily retail operations, including visual merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory management. Ensures all store standards align with company guidelines.</p>
<h3>Daily Tasks (but not limited to)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Overseeing all store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Leading, motivating, and developing store staff to achieve goals.</li>
<li>Assisting with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.</li>
<li>Delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.</li>
<li>Maintaining visual merchandising standards.</li>
<li>Ensuring store safety and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Handling cash management, store opening and closing.</li>
<li>Providing performance feedback and assigning team tasks.</li>
<li>Supervising hiring and performance management processes.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Do You Need to Succeed?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.</li>
<li>Open availability (day, evening, weekend).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
