<p>Aviso Insurance Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Insurance Advisor to join our fast-growing organization. This newly created role reflects the continued growth and success of our existing portfolio.</p>
<p>The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter with a high level of professionalism and a strong desire to build and expand on a successful financial practice. You bring a strong work ethic, a positive, client-first mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering an empowering and exceptional client experience.</p>
<p>In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Wealth, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate client meetings by developing and presenting tailored financial strategies, recommendations, and solutions that align with client goals and needs</li>
<li>Support clients through informed advice and proactive planning to ensure an exceptional experience</li>
<li>Drive business growth by leveraging networking and relationship-building skills to expand your client base</li>
<li>Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to build trust and deliver clear, actionable guidance</li>
<li>Support senior Wealth Protection Specialists with the management of ongoing client relationships to ensure seamless operations and strong client engagement</li>
<li>Create and maintain client files, adhering to compliance requirements</li>
<li>Promote the organization and participate in continuing advisor education opportunities</li>
<li>Support economic development initiatives and community events</li>
<li>Support the achievement of branch growth targets as set out in the business plan</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Possess Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain within first year of employment</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives is considered an asset</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client-centric service</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships</li>
<li>Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required. Travel may be required.</li>
</ul>
