<p>Azure Solutions Architect</p><p>Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Burlington</p><p>Salary: 120-130K annually</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your New Company</b></p><p>A leading organization within the <b>healthcare industry</b> is undergoing a major digital transformation, focused on modernizing applications, strengthening security capabilities, and advancing a full migration to the cloud. With a growing roadmap of high‑impact initiatives—including AI‑driven projects—the team is expanding to bring on an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to guide this evolution.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your New Role</b></p><p>As the <b>Azure Solutions Architect</b>, you’ll lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable <b>SaaS</b> solutions on <b>Microsoft Azure</b>, while enhancing development practices and architectural governance. You’ll provide hands‑on oversight across <b>4–5 active projects</b> within a broader program of <b>10–11 initiatives</b> this year.</p><p>You will architect cloud solutions, uplift CI/CD pipelines, review branching and deployment practices, and ensure strong <b>IAM security</b> across the environment. You’ll also work closely with both on‑shore and off‑shore development teams, improving quality, bridging communication gaps, and ensuring architectural consistency as the organization advances its cloud and AI strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Need to Succeed</b></p><ul><li><b>5+ years</b> of experience as a Cloud or Azure Solutions Architect</li><li>Deep expertise with <b>Azure services</b>, such as:</li><li>Azure Functions</li><li>Azure Resource Groups</li><li>Azure Blob Storage</li><li>Azure DevOps (or similar) for <b>CI/CD</b> pipelines</li><li>Strong experience with <b>SaaS application architecture</b> and modern web application design</li><li>Solid exposure to <b>backend SQL</b> (Azure SQL / SQL Server)</li><li>Strong grounding in <b>IAM security</b>, RBAC, least‑privilege controls, and cloud governance</li><li>Experience reviewing and improving <b>branching strategies</b>, code quality, and release processes across distributed teams</li><li>Exposure to <b>AI services</b> or involvement in AI‑related project delivery</li><li>Ability to support a <b>full cloud migration</b> and contribute to ongoing digital transformation</li><li>A <b>self‑starter</b>, proactive, driven to take ownership and move projects forward</li><li>Healthcare experience is <b>helpful but not required</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Get in Return</b></p><p>You’ll have the opportunity to influence cloud architecture at scale within a sector that directly impacts communities.
