They work closely with studio and cross-functional partners to ensure every rollout is consistent, accurate, and aligned with both business needs and brand guidelines—delivering final outputs on time and on budget</p><p><br></p><p><b>KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Delivers high-quality, on-brand, production-ready assets on time and within budget</li><li>Applies brand systems and guidelines consistently</li><li>Incorporates feedback and contributes to workflow efficiency</li><li>Maintains organized, accessible design files in accordance with studio standards</li><li>Keeps creative execution current by integrating relevant trends and best practices when applicable</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></p><p><br></p><p>Functional</p><ul><li>Produces high-quality, brand-aligned design work that meets project objectives across a variety of platforms and formats</li><li>Prepares and finalizes creative assets for delivery, ensuring accuracy, file readiness, and adherence to timelines</li><li>Communicates clearly and applies feedback effectively to improve design outcomes</li><li>Applies established design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to maintain consistency across deliverables</li><li>Organizes design files and documentation according to studio standards and workflows</li><li>Remains aware of emerging design and media trends to support fresh, relevant execution when appropriate</li><li>Supports efficiency by flagging opportunities to streamline production processes and improve output quality</li></ul><p><br></p><p>People</p><ul><li>Collaborate with others to develop flexible, iterative design solutions that adapt to project needs and align with strategic goals</li><li>Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing design knowledge and actively seeking input from peers and subject matter experts</li><li>Actively participate in team discussions, critiques, and reviews; contribute ideas and feedback that support collective progress and creative alignment</li><li>Foster a collaborative environment by inviting feedback, listening actively, and respecting diverse perspectives</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Cultural</p><ul><li>Model Indigo’s beliefs and convey a positive image in everything you do</li><li>Celebrate diversity of thought and have an open mindset</li><li>Take an active role in fostering a culture of continual learning, taking risks without the fear of making mistakes</li><li>Embrace, champion and influence change through your team and/or the organization</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>KEY RELATIONSHIPS</b></p><p><br></p><p>Internal:</p><ul><li>Marketing</li><li>Visual Merchandising</li><li>Merchants</li><li>Store Design, Development & Construction</li></ul><p><br></p><p>External:</p><ul><li>Vendors</li><li>Suppliers</li><li>Contractors</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><p>Work Experience / Education / Certifications</p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree in a digital arts program or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative shop</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Tools</p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Advanced use of Figma</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp is an asset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Competencies / Skills / Attributes</p><ul><li>Strong visual instincts in typography, layout, colour, and motion to support creative intent</li><li>Solid working ability in graphic design and typography</li><li>Strong attention to detail and professionalism in day-to-day work</li><li>Able to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Adaptable and efficient under pressure</li><li>Ability to produce accurate, production-ready final art for three-dimensional physical environments</li><li>Foundational understanding of UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design principles</li><li>Awareness of industry standards and best practices for retail design and development</li><li>Clear and organized communicator</li><li>Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and focused on learning and growth</li><li>Applies practical problem-solving to support design execution</li><li>Demonstrates curiosity and stays informed on design trends when relevant to execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>This posting is for a current opportunity within Indigo.</b></p><p>Indigo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain aspects of the hiring process, such as screening and assessments.
