We value integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in everything we do.</p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of Onelife Design & Build. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll entries, completing reconciliations, and ensuring all financial data is current and compliant. This position requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including managing transactions, running reports, inputting invoices, and maintaining accurate project-related financials.
