Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced <strong>Site Superintendent</strong> to oversee the construction of <strong>4-6 storey wood-frame residential buildings</strong>, including projects with integrated parkade structures.</p><p>This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who understands the nuances of wood-frame sequencing, trade coordination, and quality control—and who wants long-term stability with a reputable builder.</p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead on-site construction activities for mid-rise wood-frame multi-family projects.</p></li><li><p>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Manage and coordinate trades, site staff, equipment, and materials.</p></li><li><p>Drive the construction schedule, anticipate issues, and ensure milestones are met.</p></li><li><p>Oversee excavation, foundation, parkade, framing, building envelope, and interior finishing phases.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site meetings, safety inspections, and progress reviews.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, RFIs, daily logs, and deficiency lists.</p></li><li><p>Ensure site compliance with building codes, company standards, and OH&S regulations.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the Project Manager to provide updates, identify risks, and resolve site challenges.</p></li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of construction experience, including several years as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience delivering <strong>4-6 storey wood-frame multi-family buildings</strong>, ideally with parkade components.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to read drawings, manage site sequencing, and coordinate trades.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership presence, firm but fair, with a focus on respect, teamwork, and accountability.</p></li><li><p>Strong safety mindset; COR or safety training certifications are an asset.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Procore (or similar construction management software) preferred.</p></li></ul><p><strong><strong>What&#39;s In It for You</strong></strong></p><ul><li><p>Join a stable, well-capitalized developer with <strong>a guaranteed multi-year project pipeline</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Lead meaningful Calgary builds that shape communities.</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation package including salary, benefits, and bonus structure.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow into larger, more complex builds as the pipeline continues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p></p></p>
