<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>About Tech Alliage</p><p><br><br></p><p>Tech Alliage is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Technologist to join its Fixed Prosthetics (Crown and Bridge) department on a full-time basis.</p><p><br><br></p><p>If you are detail-oriented, autonomous, and have a strong understanding of digital dental laboratory workflows, we would love to meet you.</p><p><br><br></p><p>We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in the responsibilities outlined below.</p><p><br><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p><br><br></p><p>As a CAD/CAM Technologist Crown and Bridge, you will be responsible for the digital design of fixed dental restorations, in accordance with dentists prescriptions and laboratory quality standards.</p><p><br><br></p><p>You will work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality of cases while meeting established turnaround times.</p><p><br><br></p><p>If you are an experienced CAD/CAM designer seeking an opportunity within a people-focused, collaborative laboratory environment, we would be happy to connect with you.</p><p><br><br></p><p>General Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design fixed dental restorations (crowns and bridges) using CAD/CAM systems</li><li>Accurately interpret and follow dentists prescriptions</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and precision of cases</li><li>Meet production deadlines and laboratory quality standards</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows and processes</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Additional Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Communicate clearly with team members regarding case requirements and adjustments</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment</li><li>Report any issues that may impact quality, equipment, or production timelines</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Required experience in CAD/CAM for crown and bridge restorations</li><li>Strong understanding of digital dental laboratory workflows</li><li>High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and autonomy</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment</li><li>Asset: experience with 3Shape software</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>A professional, stable, and collaborative work environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul></p></p>
