Patient is an elderly lady with mid- to late-stage dementia who has mobility challenges (uses a rollator walker).<br><br><strong>Schedule:<br /></strong><br><br><ul><li>Monday to Friday, <strong>11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.</strong> (4 hours per day)<br><br></li><li><strong>Total:</strong> 20 hours per week<br><br></li><li>Occasional extra hours may be available<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20 per hour<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Approximately a <strong>15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop</strong> (for those using public transit).<br><br><strong>Important:</strong><br /> To ensure a faster response and prevent messages from landing in your spam folder, please <strong>enable text messaging</strong> when applying and <strong>include your mobile number</strong> to receive updates about this and other opportunities.<br><br><strong>What we are looking for:</strong><br /><ul><li>A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.</li><li>High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.</li><li>Access to reliable transportation.</li><li>certifies PSW with experience in handling wheelchair-bounded patient</li></ul><br /><strong>What you will be doing:</strong><br /><ul><li>Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.</li><li>Provide assistance with personal care.</li><li>Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.</li><li>Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.</li><li>Properly manage household needs.</li><li>Provide companionship and respite services for the family.</li></ul><br /><strong>Salary Range:</strong><br /><ul><li>$20 per hout</li></ul><strong>Disclaimer:</strong> This is a new position.
