Our membership clients expect a high standard of care, attention to detail, and an eye for how spaces function and feel.</p><p>The Role</p><p>We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaner who is also naturally organized and has a strong eye for tidy, well-maintained spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride not only in cleanliness, but in leaving a home feeling refreshed, orderly, and thoughtfully cared for.</p><p>This position starts as very part-time, supporting recurring SPRY Membership clients in private residential homes (not commercial spaces), with the opportunity to take on additional hours and grow into a full-time role as our membership expands.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform high-quality residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces)</li><li>Maintain neatness and visual order while cleaning (straightening, light tidying as needed)</li><li>Follow SPRY cleaning standards and checklists</li><li>Treat clients' homes with care, discretion, and respect</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with the SPRY team</li><li>Arrive on time and ready to work for scheduled visits</li></ul><p>*</p><ul><li>Requirements</li><li>Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to travel to clients' homes across Calgary</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization</li><li>Pride in your work and consistency in quality</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy</li><li>Prior residential cleaning experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate</li></ul><p>Schedule & Hours</p><ul><li>Very part-time to start (weekday daytime hours)</li><li>Consistent, recurring clients</li><li>Opportunity to increase hours and transition to full-time</li></ul><p>Why Work With SPRY</p><ul><li>Premium residential homes (no commercial cleaning)</li><li>Calm, respectful work environment</li><li>Clear expectations and consistent standards</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a design-forward, detail-driven company</li></ul><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week</p><p>Work Location: On the road</p>
