CNC Programmer

Job Description

Plainsman Mfg. Inc. is looking to hire a CNC Programmer.<br><br>
Working in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for programming, set up and operation of our CNC machines.<br><br>
Schedule:<ul><li>Monday-Friday 7am till 3:30pm.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Program Set-up .</li><li>Adhere to instructions, regulations of quality, health & safety policies.</li><li>Analyze job orders.</li><li>Make calculations to determine where materials should be cut.</li><li>Define the best sequence of machining steps.</li><li>Decide tools, speeds, feeds and fixtures to be used.</li><li>Communicate with other programmers, shop floor management, machinists/setup and operators and engineering and sales staff to achieve this.</li></ul>

Experience:<ul><li>Mastercam Experience</li><li>Fusion 360 Experience</li><li>FANUC Controls.</li><li>HAAS Controls.</li><li>OKUMA Controls.</li><li>Set up experience on lathes and mills.</li><li>Ability to read and write English.</li><li>CNC milling and programming: 5 year (Preferred).</li><li>CNC Machinist: 5 year (Preferred).</li><li>Shop: 10 year (Preferred).</li></ul>About Plainsman Mfg.
