As a strategic partnertothe Store Manager,youllhelp lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive results.</p><p><br /></p><p>WhatYoullBe Working On<br /></p><ul><li>Partnering with the Store Manager to co-lead daily operations, sales performance, team development, and customer experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Sharing accountability forstore results, including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention.</li></ul><ul><li>Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.</li></ul><ul><li>Takingownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or <span >inventorymanagement.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span >Providingleadership</span> support to <span >anadditionalstoreas</span> needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.</li></ul><ul><li>Leadingrecruiting, onboarding, and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope.</li></ul><ul><li>Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Fostering a positive, inclusive, andhigh performingwork environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Supporting performance conversations and development planningin partnership withthe Store Manager.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>The Physical Side of the Role<br /></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise.
