Our client in the specialty coffee distributor business is looking for a high-energy Coffee Customer Service Representative to work in both their in-person showroom and providing customer service for online clients (phone calls/webchat). You aren't just taking orders - you are acting as a consultant to ensure clients have exactly what they need.<br>

<b>Hours & Schedule:</b><ul><li>Full-time (45 hrs/week)<br>Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm<br>Saturday: 11:00am–4:00pm<br></li><li>Optional: 4-day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.<br></li></ul><h3>Responsibilities<br></h3><ul><li><p>Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing expert advice on brewing equipment and coffee blends.<br></p></li><li><p>Retail Showroom: Greet walk-in customers in the showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.<br></p></li><li><p>Order Management: Accurately process orders through the system ensuring timely deliver and 100% customer satisfaction.<br></p></li><li><p>Problem Solving: Resolve shipping discrepancies and equipment concerns with empathy and efficiency.<br></p></li><li><p>Product Expertise: Become a "Coffee Pro" - Understanding the nuances of the equipment and roasts to best assist the customer.<br></p></li><li><p>Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.<br></p></li></ul>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>A <b>specialty coffee enthusiast</b> (not just a barista—this goes beyond shifts and lattes).<br></li><li>1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Inside Sales or Hospitality.<br></li><li>You know at least the basics about <b>espresso machines, grinders, and brewers</b>—and you're hungry to learn more.<br></li><li>You're a <b>people person</b> who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.<br></li><li>You want a <b>long-term opportunity</b> in a company where your passion can turn into a career.<br></li><li>You must be able to get to the Milton location for a 9:00am start time.<br></li></ul>
