<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>The Corporate Reporting Analyst authenticates Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) compliance with the Ministry of Health for LHSC. The role is responsible for data integrity of the PeopleSoft STATS and MOHSTATADJ ledgers, creating the LHSC quarterly MIS Trial Balance, populating monthly leadership reporting, and supporting the annual planning submission. As the MIS‑OHRS expert, you provide guidance on standards, develop strict data processes, evaluate data quality, and support or lead projects. You also support the GL team in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial reporting.</p>

<h3>As the Ideal Candidate</h3>
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or Computer Sciences</li>
<li>CPA designation preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of OHRS/MIS standards preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of related experience; 5 years preferred</li>
<li>Attention to detail, strong technical and analytical skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of GAAP</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills</li>
<li>Strong time‑management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Advanced problem‑solving skills</li>
<li>Experience with data cleansing, validation, and governance</li>
<li>Experience with PeopleSoft and Public Accounting Board preferred</li>
<li>Commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC</li>
